Nagoda lauds Abba Kabir Yusuf Over healthcare reforms in Eid message

KANO — The Kano State Hospitals Management Board has commended Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf for his administration’s healthcare reforms, describing them as impactful and people-oriented.
The commendation was conveyed in an Eid-el-Fitr goodwill message issued by the Board’s Public Relations Officer, Hajiya Samira Suleiman on behalf of the Executive Secretary of the Board, Mansur Mudi Nagoda.
In the statement, Suleiman said the Executive Secretary of the Board praised the governor for policies that are strengthening the state’s healthcare system.
“The Executive Secretary, Mansur Mudi Nagoda, warmly extends his heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to His Excellency and the good people of Kano State on the joyous celebration of Eid-el-Fitr,” she stated.
According to the statement, Nagoda highlighted the significance of Ramadan as a period of spiritual renewal, urging residents to sustain the values of patience, humility, and compassion beyond the fasting period.
He was quoted as saying, “His Excellency’s visionary leadership and people-centered policies continue to strengthen the healthcare system and improve the wellbeing of citizens across the state.”
The statement also credited the Commissioner for Health for playing a key role in supporting reforms and enhancing service delivery in health institutions.
Suleiman added that the Board appreciated the continued support and cooperation of residents, which she said motivates the agency to deliver accessible, affordable, and quality healthcare services.
She further conveyed Nagoda’s appeal to citizens to prioritize their health during the festivities. “Let us embrace moderation, maintain hygienic practices, and look out for one another, especially the vulnerable,” the statement read,
The Board assured that health facilities across the state would remain fully operational during the Eid period and beyond.
