By Newsroom
KANO (Kano, North West Nigeria) –   Sen. Sani Musa,  the Chairman,  Senate Committee on Finance, has congratulated the Muslim faithful on the occasion of the 2025 Eid-el-Fitr , which marks the end of Ramadan.
Musa, in a statement  in Kano on Sunday, said that  Ramadan as one of the five pillars of Islam strengthens faith, through spiritual engagements such as fasting, prayers and recitation from the Holy Qur’an.
He urged Muslims to remain steadfast in applying the virtues of Ramadan such as consistent supplication, perseverance, humility, hospitality and good neighborliness.
Musa encouraged Nigerians, regardless of religious and political affiliations, to continue to pray for peace, security and economic prosperity in the country.
The lawmaker appealed to Nigerians to pray for President Bola Tinubu, as he implements economic policies aimed at turning around the nation’s fortunes.
Musa wished all Muslims a happy Sallah celebration and urged motorists to exercise caution and obey traffic rules and regulations during the festive period.
