Hope Rises in Okene as Farouq Promises People-Centered Leadership

KANO —- Hope is rising in Okene/Ogori-Magongo Federal Constituency as aspirant, Dr. Abdullahi Farouk, has promised to deliver people-centered leadership focused on development and inclusive representation.
In a message to constituents, Farouq said his commitment to the progress of the constituency “remains strong and unwavering,” stressing that his ambition is rooted in the desire to improve the lives of the people.
He noted that plans are underway to commence full engagement across the constituency, aimed at understanding the needs and priorities of residents.
“The mission to deliver quality representation and the true dividends of democracy to our people is fully underway, and in no distant time, we shall begin full engagement across the constituency,” he said.
Farouk outlined his key priorities to include youth empowerment, support for women, community development, and improved infrastructure, describing them as essential to building a more prosperous constituency.
“I remain dedicated to serving our people with sincerity, vision and purpose. Our focus is clear: youth empowerment, support for women, community development, improved infrastructure, and a stronger voice for our constituency,” he added.
He further revealed that consultations with stakeholders are ongoing, noting that strategic planning is already in motion to ensure effective service delivery if elected.
The aspirant also called for unity and collective effort among constituents, urging them to remain hopeful as the constituency moves toward a new phase of development.
“I encourage every son and daughter of our constituency to remain united and hopeful as we work towards a brighter future,” he said.
Farouk expressed confidence that, with the support of the people and careful planning, Okene/Ogori-Magongo can achieve meaningful progress and become a constituency its residents can be proud of.
