APC Leader Tells Atiku, Obi, Kwankwaso To Back Tinubu Reforms Or Keep Quiet
By Ahmad Tijjani Abdul
KANO – A chieftain of the All Progressive Congress (APC), Musa Illiyasu Kwankwaso, has advised opposition leaders Atiku Abubakar, Peter Obi, and Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso to contribute to alleviating Nigerians’ suffering instead of constantly criticizing the Federal Government.
Speaking to newsmen in Kano, Kwankwaso acknowledged that Nigerians are struggling but emphasized that President Tinubu’s government is working to improve their lives.
He urged the opposition leaders to support these efforts rather than criticize them.
Kwankwaso questioned the personal contributions of Atiku, Obi, and Kwankwaso to Nigerians’ well-being, particularly during this critical period.
He cited Kwankwaso’s failure to assist his constituents and neighboring states as the NNPP presidential candidate.
Moreover, Kwankwaso cautioned Atiku Abubakar against his relentless attacks on the Tinubu administration, asking what he did to help Nigerians during his tenure as vice president.
As a former commissioner of rural development in the Ganduje government, Kwankwaso emphasized that Nigeria is facing a serious period that requires collective problem-solving.
The APC stalwart stressed that “We cannot just criticize the Federal Government’s every move; we must provide solutions and strategies to make things better.”
Kwankwaso commended the government’s efforts on security and economy, specifically praising Defense Ministers Abubakar Badaru and Bello Matawale, and National Security Adviser Nuhu Ribadu, for eliminating bandit kingpins and killing hundreds of Boko Haram members within a month.
He maintained that these achievements demonstrate the government’s commitment to security.
