Petra Onyebule To Natasha: Some Fights Need Nothing But Wisdom
By Editor
KANO (Kano North West Nigeria) –  The ex Chief Press Secretary to Yahaya Bello, Mrs Petra Onyebule on Monday enjoined  the suspended senator representing Kogi central at the Red chamber, Senator Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan to reconsider her strategy over the ongoing feud with the Senate President, Senator Godswill Akpabio.
Mrs Onyebule in a memo to Senator Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan that was published on her verified Facebook account said time is ripe for her to tap the wisdom of her political communications strategist.
The former Chief Press Secretary who spoke against the backdrop of Senator Akpoti-Uduaghan’s latest media outcry against Akpabio said “It’s time to sit down, introspect, reflect, and even if you choose to keep fighting, to do so strategically. “
The memo by Mrs Onyebule read in parts : For the first time, I am going to say something about this entire fiasco involving my senator, Senator Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan.
Dear Distinguished Senator, Greetings. A few points from me to you:
Assuming you have an adviser on media, I mean a political communications strategist, you need to begin to listen to the person.
You should have at least one person that can speak to you in a language you do not like but which is good for you. You need at least one person you are accountable to.
In this particular interview, you stated that you want Nigerians to realise you are fighting an individual, not an institution. It took four months to make that clarification but better later than never. I will not dissect the interview in whole even as I read it.
It’s time to sit down, introspect, reflect, and even if you choose to keep fighting, to do so strategically. Some fights need nothing  more than wisdom. All the best!
