Online Political Group Mourns Ex – President Buhari

KANO-  An online political Group,  Dandalin Siyasa Online Forum/Dandali Foundation, has expressed its deepest sorrow at the passing of Former President Muhammadu Buhari at the age of 82.
A statement signed by the Group Chairman,  Pharm. Hashim Ubale Yusufu on behalf of the group that was made available to Reporters in Kano noted that the former Nigerian leader would be remembered as “a visionary leader, Soldier and a turned democrat who contributed to the strengthening of governance”.
Hashim Ubale Yusufu in the statement said the deceased leader was “A democrat that during his administration countless Nigerians,  especially the poor and downtrodden, benefited from his policies especially on agriculture.”
The Group stressed that “The passing away of Former President Muhammadu Buhari is a monumental loss to Nigeria, democracy and millions of his supporters.”
The statement maintained that “Buhari represents a rare generation of noble patriots whose experience in governance was channelled into building lives and developing the country.”
“He leaves a legacy that should inspire upcoming leaders, students of politics and democrats across generations to come”, the signed statement reads.
The Group therefore pray to “Almighty Allah (SWT) to forgive his sins and grant him rest in Jannatul Firdaus. “
