Gov. Yusuf Commiserates With Prof. Pate Over Mother’s Demise

KANO (Kano, North West Nigeria) –
The Kano State Governor, Alhaji Abba Kabir Yusuf, has expressed deep sorrow over the passing of Hajiya Hussainatu, the mother of Prof. Umaru Pate, President of the Nigerian Society of Nigerian Broadcasters (SNB).
In a statement issued by the Governor’s spokesperson, Sanusi Bature Dawakin Tofa, the Governor conveyed his heartfelt condolences to Prof. Pate and the entire family.
Governor Yusuf described the late Hajiya Hussainatu as a devoted and nurturing mother who played a pivotal role in supporting her children and family members to achieve remarkable success in their respective careers.
He further highlighted Prof. Pate’s significant contributions to the field of communication and media, both in Nigeria and globally, as a testament to her positive influence and unwavering support.
The Governor prayed for the Almighty Allah to forgive Hajiya Hussaina’s shortcomings, grant her eternal rest in Jannatul Firdaus, and bestow comfort and strength upon the family during this difficult time.
